Sir I am having hypothyroid my tsh checked before 1 years was 114. Doctor gave me thyronorm 100. Now my tsh was 0.13 please guide what to do.

As your latest report of TSH is 0.13, it suggests that now your thyroid hormone levels are normal or slightly towards hyperthyroid. Our advice is now you can continue with thyronorm 75 and again do the reports. Along with the lowering of dose you should do brisk walking for 1 hour, yoga meditation and diet. keep your mind stress free as it is also one of the cause for hypothyroidism. eat the food that is non goiterogenic. avoid cabbage, cauli flower, soya beans, chocolates etc.
