Hi I suffer from fissure/piles pain during stool passing and the pain remains at least for 2 Hrs once after I finish, doctor has advised some tablets along with Lyser DP twice in a day, but this causes stomach (sever abdominal pain) when I complained back to my doctor he said advising a Anafortan to ignore the pain, I am bit worried, please help. Thanks in advance.

hello there. it acute anal fissure avoid spicy and oily food. do regular sitz bath. avoid oral pain killers. use laxative and ointment like anorelief etc
