Look for an appropriate study environment- like sit in private room or library, open air 2. Clear the study space- keep your surroundings clean 3. Turn off all unnecessary electronics- like phone 4. Stick to a routine- follow your study schedule 5. Find a study partner- Sometimes reviewing material with someone else can help break up the monotony of studying, clarify confusing concepts by bouncing ideas off of someone else, and see things from a different perspective. 6. Think of an incentive- Before you start studying, think of something that can serve as a reward for you successfully studying. An incentive can motivate you to concentrate on studying for a specific amount of time, and then you reward yourself for your solid block of time concentrating on your work. 7. Eat a healthy diet like- eat more of proteins (animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish- plant proteins like- sprouts, pulses, soy, milk, yogurt etc) instead of eating more of fat foods, fried foods.
