Hi Lybrate user, I would suggest you to follow a moderate protein diet, avoid animal proteins specially and can go for plant proteins once a day and calcium like- milk, mushrooms, paneer etc can be taken once a day. With this avoid foods rich in saturated fats, high salt foods, canned foods, carbonated beverages, fried foods. Eat fruits once a day and avoid foods with high potassium like- banana, avocados, green leafy vegetables, apricots etc. And also avoid heavy legumes like- rajma, white chhole, black chana etc can be taken once a week as you need to avoid loading your kidneys with excess of proteins. Try following this will help you. Good luck!
