I have wrist pain what should I do? It started when football hit there.Please suggest me something for that.

Grind about 4-5 tsps of mustard seeds in a mixer. Take 1/2 tsp of powder and mix it in 2-3 tbsp of water and heat it till it becomes a paste. Apply this warm paste on the affected area and cover it with a cotton. Keep it overnight. Do this daily once. Pain will subside in 2-3 days. Still, the most important thing is to continue doing this once a day for 7 days to prevent relapse.
