Child is diagnosed dengue fever. His platelets is 106000 and WBC is 2300 and Hct is 37.6% and MCH 25.9 pg. What should diet intake to increase it. And what treatment you suggest. The age of child is 8 years. Please help me. And suggest.

Platelets in dengue infection go on reducing uptown max 7 days of start of fever. If they are more than 20000/cc and there is no bleeding from gums, teeth,urine stool, blue spots on Skin and if child is mot vomitting, till that time, no need to worry. Platelets start increasing by 8 th day naturally. No special precautions /diet help. Let him take lot of fluids and rest. /diet
