Hello Dr. I am suffering from kikuchi fujimoto disease. 7 cm gland situated left side of my neck, it cover half of my neck, because of this mild fever is here. I cannot move around my neck and also there is too much pain in neck and head. Now I am become very weak day by day because its going through 1 month. Doctors are advice to take paracetamol 650 tablet and they did not give any other tablet to minimize the gland and also it increases day by day. Please advice.
