I met with an accident 7 days back, I fell from my showed to the left and landed on my left knee, nw its bit swollen and am suffering from a significant pain but bearable. Any suggestions which medicine I should have and any medical restrictions.

Dear lybrateuser, - Give rest to the knee & limb - do cold compress 3-4 times a day - elevate the affected limb while sitting & sleeping - take a pain relief tablet 2-3 times a day after meals - apply a compression bandage on knee - get an x- ray knee done to rule out any injury.
