Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Eggs are a good source of protein for every one, that is those who like to take. For a diabetic person also they are good. You may take 2 to 3 eggs per day. Again the requirement depends on any special workout if one does, because protein need may be more. Thanks.
