My TSH levels are significantly higher suggesting hyperthyroidism. Please suggest medication and also suggest if any exercise can also help.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. High TSH (actual value is not mentioned, which is important to know), means you have hypothyroidism. Treatment can only be decided on seeing the actual values of T3, T3 & TSH. Plus your height and weight. Because without all those details dose of the medication can not be decided. It is better if you come in a private conversation then I will be able to prescribe the medication.
