Sir I have a problem of rectal prolapse but it's not painful I want to join a gym so I want to know that will there be any adverse effect on rectal prolapse after joining the gym or I can do it?

yes, as increased abdominal pressure due to any exercise can increase rectal prolapse

Yes it will because as you lift weight your pressure will be on back and anal area chance of prolapse at that time if you do normal exercise than it will be ok Get It operated as soon as possible.
