For the last about one year while speaking / talking my jaws all of sudden clutter and as a result I steamer for a second and my grinders bite inner of my mouthThis is not a regular phenomenon it happens once a while. Is it a neuro problem or dental problem? Does it needs immediate medical attention?

It is a dental problem. You might have some missing teeth in your mouth ,specially back molar teeth. This causes disturbance in closing and biting your upper and lower teeth properly. And hence some problem in your TMJ joint (jaw joint ,near your ear. If you have no pain then it's not emergency. But better you consult a dentist and get your bite corrected.
