Hi doctor, I am having regular ankle pain. I am I. My late 20s and little more than normal. Weight (Not obese). If I stand for more time and rest then it will be become difficult to stand and walk like that without stretching feet for 30 secs. Anytime o rest and stand up to walk, will have to make my feet relax first and then only walk. And I have not increased my weight in recent times. Little chubby from beginning only. This issue started some 2 years back only. Is this because of less strength in bone. Of so why issue only near ankle bones? Or any other deficiency. Please suggest on this. Thanks.
