I have pain in my knees especially when I fold them to sit. I'm 39 years old female and have a daily dose of folic acid, iron and vitamin d (once a week)

At this age age related degenerative changes starts in the knees. Avoid Squatting, Stairs climbing up and down, jogging, jumping and running. Consult with a good Physiotherapist nearby and learn exercises to strengthen the thigh muscles and maintain flexibility of knee joint. Check vitamin D3 level through blood test. Try to keep your body weight in normal scale as per your height and age.
