I have a bad breath .i normally use mouthwash .but not effective. .Please advice.

If you wear dentures, remove them at night and clean to get rid of bacterial buildup from food and drink. Drink plenty of water and swish cool water around in your mouth. Brush after every meal and floss, preferably twice a day. Scrape your tongue. Avoid foods that sour your breath. Replace your toothbrush every two to three months.

Maintain proper teeth cleaning. If needed professional cleaning called Scaling. 2. Ensuring from your dentist that you have healthy gums. If not, get it treated before the problem progresses. 3. Cleaning your tongue everyday. 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Even after doing the above the problem persists, keep a follow up with your dentist or an Oral medicine specialist and help them determine the exact cause. P. S. - Long term use of mouthwash is not advised (Just in case you are using for long term)
