Sir, I have reported to have raised SGPT and SGOT level in my blood and upon talking good care of myself it was observed that my SGPT level have increased furthermore. Kindly advise.

If you drink alchohol. And smoke too .please quit so. Treatment depends upon the level of liver enzymes and its elevation. If their is milder increase then with the help of lifestyle and dietary modification will surely help. Prevent yourself from environmental toxins, such as chemical cleaners, sunscreens, personal hygiene products, perfumes, detergents, disinfectant or paint fumes, and even second hand cigarette smoke contain dangerous additives that will damage your liver. Do not take unnecessary medicines, cut down processed food in your diet. Add more garlic, leafy greens, apples, carrots, and grapefruit to your diet.
