Avoid Tea, coffee,chocklates, bournvita,caffeniated cold drinks from 5 pm. Avoid TV, MOBILE.LAPTOP, ELECTRONIC GADGETS ONE HOUR BEFORE SLEEP. TAKE WARM GLASS OF MILK ONE HOUR BEFORE SLEEP. Take bath one hour before sleep. Head massage before sleep.
