Sir after an unprotected exposure 3 days after had all symptoms like lymph nodes swelling and fatigue and all others and relieved after 2 weeks. Hiv rna pcr checked after 15 days of exposure, elisa after 63 days and p24 after 65 days. All negative. Hsv2 ig g showed positive. Ig m not checked. Now almost 80 days after the exposure today after having food after sometime I have feeling of going bathroom but actually I was travelling I can not hold down but no abdominal pain just discomfort then I went to bathroom and passed motion half loose motion half normal then became ok After having lunch after sometime got again feeling like that I sit and pressure to stop passing motion as I was again travelling then passed motion loose motion And when I press inside my mandible feels pain and neck pain and slight sore throat I feels but I can easily eat and drink. Feels body pain. When I press my adams apple side ways pain little. What is the reason is that hiv or hcv sir? Please reply me true sir.
