Hello, myself 29 years old male non alcohol and non smoker. I am working in night shifts Monday to Friday. I do not have proper routine to sleep and getting to the loo. I am not able to get fresh (passing stool) most of the days and no proper time to get it. Could you please suggest any alternate or problem that may arise due to not sleeping at a permanent time. I tried to get sleep during day on a particular time but failed to achieve as sat and sunday leads to not to sleep in day. Please suggest a way to get over it.
