Now a days I am feeling tension head ache due to that my sleep is being disturbed. Please suggest remedies. Moreover I am a BP patient since 5 years under medication. My BP reads 140/90 generally. I am 60 years old and suffering from ED as well.

Your BP is under control. Any new onset of headache at your age needs evaluation as it can be due to some brain pathology. Take simple analgesic like paracetamol for relief of headache but if headache persists you should consult your doctor for test like MRI scan of brain. In case of symptoms like sleepiness, weakness of hands or legs or tingling numbness or loss of control over stool and urine consult your doctor immediately.
