How much water should one drink daily? is 2 liters enough or we need to drink more? please suggest.

It's always advised to have 2-3 liters of water per day. Though many factors decide how much water you actually need like season, physical activity, medical condition. Try to see that you do not reach a stage of dehydration before you think of having water, include fluids through dals buttermilk juices in your diet and see that your urine is colorless.
