Today I had sex using condom and I noticed some tiny black substances in my semen/sperm. Actually I'm having urinary disorder for 3-4 months (feeling something sticking into my urethra and pain all around private part like penis testes down to anus) Today what I found, I think it all happening due to it. What it could be. I feel really pain around my private part after sex. Is it due to those tiny black things. What it can be and what test I should go through to diagnose properly. Urine report is normal, ultrasound abdomen and scrotum normal. Hiv 1&2 hep B&C Vdlr CBC are normal. What could I have? Pls thanks.
