Blindness is a condition where a person is inefficient at proper visual perception. Blindness can be of two types- partial blindness or total blindness. Having blurred/cloudy vision is called partial blindness, whereas total blindness is when a person fails to see anything at all. Macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts and retina damage are the main reasons why a person can get blind. Medication, uses of glasses/lenses, surgery can be used as various methods to treat visual impairment.
