When a person, unintentionally, or involuntarily urinates during his/her sleep, he/she is said to be suffering from a condition called 'Bedwetting'. It is also called also called nighttime incontinence or nocturnal enuresis. It is a normal phenomenon in children below 7 years of age. But if this condition persists beyond that, it should be regulated. Bladder training, medications and moisture alarms may help in the management of this condition.
