For a month—- few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Hello lybrate-user, you can loose your fat by doing exercise and yoga. Through yoga the process will b slow but you can attain flexibility. Lower body exercises, ab exercises, crunches will help you to loose thigh fat. Also do yoga for your body flexibility. Thank you. Good day.

Tapering of medication solely depends on the symptomatic improvement. Ensure all changes in medication are done only with doctor's approval. Do not make any modifications on your own. Continue all other recover activities.

Eating less is not a solution but eating right food in right amount will help.
What about your vitamin D and vitamin B 12 level.
Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water.
Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products.
Try to eat home made food as much as possible.
Move yourself use stairs, ...more

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise.
