Hi. You are a little underweight, but this can be resolved.
1. Get yourself tested for thyroid and sugar.
2. Take deworming tablets now and after every 6 months.
3. Exercise is good for everybody so continue that.
4. Eat paneer, ghee, cheese, lassi regularly.
5. Take bread with lot of butter or peanut butter.
6. Eat 2 fruits daily and a glass of banana shake.
7. Have 20 almonds and 20 cashews daily.
8. Have two liters of water daily.

1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily.
