My weight is 50 but I loss my weight to 45 ,i don't know why ,i think it is because of I had did yoga and small exercises daily for being active but my weight is decreased I think due to this my weight is decreased ,do you think so, what should I do to solve my problem.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.
