Start with yoga, it will give you a good feel, non-tiring, and will help you get in shape as well. It will help if you do it atleast for 45 minutes, 5 times a week minimum.

Sir you may see weight loss if you have fruit diet for 1 week. But what after that? you will gain weight again once you take normal diet again.
It is not the solution for your problem.
You can follow some tips in daily routine.
1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily.
2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food.
