you must take nutritive diet like milk almonds,fruits,juices, raisins, pulses, beans, eggs and nonveg ( if u take). your digestion should be good. do some yoga and exercises. do cycling, swimming, play outdoor games.

Do regular exercise,,do some yoga,,take high protein,,take protein powder,,take dates raisins with milk,,take 4-5 bananna with milk,,take fatty fish,,take butter with boiled potatoes,,take soaked chic peas with peanut and soya seeds,,this will help

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses.
2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger.
3) Always eat fresh food.
4) No oily & junk food.
5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake.
6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga.

Do regular exercise to get muscular body like push ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, soft drinks etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water.
