I have a very big body and very large amount of weight and I want to loose my fat or weight. How can I loose my weight.

Do regular exercise to get muscular body like push ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, soft drinks etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water.
