You should eat high protein diet from natural foods like milk and its products, pulses and its preparations, paneer, yogurt, sprouts, roasted chana, tofu, and exercise along with that to get the nutrients absorbed by the muscles and help them grow which will lead to weight gain.

To increase weight n strength you should consume high calorie nutritious diet including lots of vitamins, minerals, fats and carbohydrates.
Food rich in proteins will build up your muscles. Pulses ; fish, eggs, sprouts, soyabean, paneer etc. Including healthy fats such as ghee butter cheese milk will increase your weight and will givep you strength. Continue eating banana and all other seasonal fruits.
