yes you can get relief remedy
first 1 week take honey with water for 1 week.
Then in 2nd week drink fresh coconut water for 1 week.
In between please do eat ghee 20 to 25 gm in a day. For dryness.
Do walk, yoga.
Yes do not eat/drink curd, cold drink, milk.
Do not take excessive allopathic medicines.

Avoid sleeping tablets at any cost. They work temorarily, habit forming and bad for health. Many doctors are forced to prescribe them as a short cut. Healthy life style, timely activities, regular daily exercise like walking adequate day time rest, mind relaxing techniques, yoga meditation work better. Finally consult an experienced psychiatrist for counselling and guidance.

Visit a dentist diagnose your ulcers. If you have a systemic disease treating it can cure your ulcers. Increase green coloured vegetables, fruits it can help you. Reducing stress by practising yoga may help you. I suggest you to visit a dentist get proper diagnose donot worry ulcers are treatable.

Hello ,no worries ,try these following modification of atleast 10 days-
1.restricted -onion ,garlic, pulses,milk and milk products, bakery,processed and packaged food, oil.
2.eat plenty of fruits, salad and vegetables, coconut water and lemon water
3.cook food in little bit in ghee
4.keep hydration 5.do yoga and nadi shodhan daily
6.take bath with luke warm water before sleep
7.take -unicity chlorophyll, unicity calcium magnesium, wompro,nutricharge women.

Ulcer from last four month is little more time you first know the cause of ulcer in mouth main reason is said to be Hurry Worry and curry Nutritional deficiencies, Poor dental hygiene, Hormonal imbalance.
