If your having thyroid your weight loss will be slow. For this you should do daily walking for at least 45 minutes. Have your meals 5-6 times a day which is low in carbohydrate like roti, brown rice, salads. Stop having raw cabbage, soy and soya product and do not have anything to eat for half an hour after taking your thyroid medicine.

take iodine -rich meals, banana, intake at least 8 glass of water in day.
eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. It can reduced over weight.
