Should go for morning walk and meditate at least 30 min a day. Best way is to join group of meditators, samarpan dhyan or any good group nearby. It will support you immensely for Stress Busting. During office hours, 10 min staircasing or out side walk every 45 min may bust your stress. For pathological cases, which is not your case, obviously, may need medication. Listen Music in free time. Chat with good people on any Subject for 10 Min. May support relaxation.
