How to avoid stress? Actually I had a personal problem so am getting stressed. I am not sure how to get out of it? Can you please suggest some tips?

There are many general stress management plan like breathing exercises, taking less spicy foods, yoga or meditation, self behavioral therapies etc. But important is whether can you follow on your own without any guidance.
