Whenever you have time, you can do any exercise including Yoga.
You only have to take care that give a gap of at least two hours after a meal for any exercise else you may feel uncomfortable during the exercise. Still better will be that you do Yoga before dinner. Also try to get a proper guide for Yoga else you may sprain some part of your body. First learn properly then you can do it on your own.

Morning time is better since its easy to maintain a routine + your stomach is empty.

However if you can't get time in morning then evening too is okay.

Aim should be to do Exercise daily .. whatever time you can manage.

You are not controling on food.
Take simple veg home made food with green vegitabales, salad, milk. Stop fast, spacy, junck foods over eating take sleep 6 to 8 hours.

Hello,
You can do both ways. But if you take food weight for an hour then start yoga. For breathing exercises empty stomach is best option.So do breathing exercises early morning and do stretches and other poses one hr after breakfast. Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit.☺

Yoga should be in satvic mood. Do not see it as only physical activity. It's 'Yog' with God. If intercourse done, yoga may be done after bathing and not immediately after.
