You need to analyse your lifestyle and bring about positive changes. Please start with exercising everyday atleast for 30 mins. Try to learn Yoga and pranayam and do it for a few minutes each day. Change food habites. Add in your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk, sweets etc. Do hard work in day time
if don't have work than 10km cycling. Your body wants work that you are not doing. Leave strass, tentions before going to sleep. Do not thinks any think going to sleep.
Do yoga, arobic excersices, walking. After dinner walk 1 to2 km daily.

1. Stick to a sleep schedule
2.Limit daytime naps
3.Include physical activity in your daily routine
4. you can go for a bath before going to bed

Hello, this may be because of fatigue and fatigue is caused by Anaemia, lack of nutrition, eating too little and lack of sleep.
So increase your diet, eat fruits and green vegetables and take sound sleep of 8 hours and set a fix daily routine.
Do exercise daily for one hour including yoga and Pranayam.

You may be having stress and anxiety.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise,play some game. Practice yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise. Take a light dinner.Avoid tea,coffee after dinner.Go for a small walk after dinner.If possible take a bath before sleep.Avoid day time sleeping.Read some light magazine or interesting book before going to bed.Avoid late night. Consult for further advice
