I sleep a lot. Inspite of doing nothing the whole day, I still feel sleepy. What should I do?

Hello, this may be because of fatigue and fatigue is caused by Anaemia, lack of nutrition, eating too little and lack of sleep. So increase your diet, eat fruits and green vegetables and take sound sleep of 8 hours and set a fix daily routine. Do exercise daily for one hour including yoga and Pranayam.
