I cannot sleep at night. And in day I am very sleepy this is vry disturbing my class what should I do?

You may be having stress and anxiety.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise,play some game. Practice yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise. Take a light dinner.Avoid tea,coffee after dinner.Go for a small walk after dinner.If possible take a bath before sleep.Avoid day time sleeping.Read some light magazine or interesting book before going to bed.Avoid late night. Consult for further advice
