You may be having anxiety and stress.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise,play some games, Take light dinner,avoid late night, don't take tea or coffee before dinner.If possible go for a short walk after dinner.Read some light magazine or interesting book before going to bed. It'due to weekness. Change food habites add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins,vitamines, minirales,green vegitabales, salad,do arobic excersices, yoga,fast walking will help. Take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep. You take 1spoon salam pak in a cup of hot milk after breakfast end 1spoon after dinner for 1 month than consult me.

Mr. lybrate-user you are already on medication better go to bed early create a atmosphere for sleep also avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga.

its a vicious cycle, if you think i am not able to sleep, you will not get sleep. get from bed, go to bath room or drink a glass of water, do not think about sleep or remember god, it will help. thanks
