Hello My problem is that, I feel very sleepy .I take 5-6 hours of sleep still I want to sleep at day time. Is there any problem in my body or anything else please help.

It'due to weekness. Change food habites add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins,vitamines, minirales,green vegitabales, salad,do arobic excersices, yoga,fast walking will help. Take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep. You take 1spoon salam pak in a cup of hot milk after breakfast end 1spoon after dinner for 1 month than consult me.
