You should drink more water early in the morning before breakfast. At least 1 ltr.
Avoid late night sleep ,stress, strain.
Do some physical activity.
Take more fibre diet. Everything wil set in few days.
Don't worry about twisted intestines. It can be nkrmal.

Basic foods are better choice but easily digestible, small qty, no late night dinner, no lying down immediately after lunch or dinner, keep food qty 75% of your hunger. You may take salads, greens etc to cover the gap. Irritating and stimulating food should be reduced. Less spicy, less tea- coffee will benefit you.
Antacid herbal combos made with herbs and shell raw material, pearls, corals would help you 100% and even surgery could be dodged. Pranayam is very helpful as yoga postures.
