I am suffering from IBS. Losing weight. Feels heavy on intestines most of the time. It tooks 30 40 minutes in the morning to get fresh, yet not completely. I have to go 3 4 times a day to empty my bowel. Can you help me out. I am very helpless with it. Thank you.
