reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water with honey

Your BP is High and it's better to start Medicines now only meanwhile reduce salt intake, Junk food, Avoid Smoking and Alcohol if you are having them, Do exercises and reduce weight if overweight.

1. Hypertension does not attack, it will be higher for decades before any complications arise. Measure BP only once every year after resting for ten minutes. 2. Antacids can be tried for reflux symptoms.
