You can sort out your mistakes even now if you care. Don't leave unfinished business in your past. If they are the cause off your hypertension and depression, I seriously recommend that you clear that past and learn to move on comfortably. I am sure a counseslor will be off great help. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost.
