Are your kidney tests on? Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Sugar jaggery alcohol, pain killer medicines, and modern food restrictions make modern diseases like hypertension become worse.

Dear Lybrate-User,
remember all the normal values accepted internationally are based on the statistics. Some of the pts. Are exception & probably you are one of them. In such cases, I have experienced that all the measures to try to make the values to normal worsen the condition.
According to ayurveda, in such cases the values detected may be normal (prakrit) for them.
So don't worry. Try yoga, shavasan, meditation & pranayam, under the supervision of the expert in your area.

Hi,
practice yoga and meditation. Although you could technically consider yoga your daily exercise, practicing the deep stretches and slow body movements will help you to clear your mind. Meditating - clearing your mind - while practicing gentle yoga will give double the relaxation effect to ease your stress.
Use guided imagery to imagine a place that makes you feel at peace. Imagine somewhere that you feel happy; focus on the details to fully remove your mind from the present.
