Hi Lybrate User
1st you have to avoid oily spicy fried salty food stuffs.
Do light exercise and yoga as Surya Namskar regularly. It will stimulate digestive power so that you can consume more food and you can able to digest it's easily.
Take easily digestable nutrional foods and more frequently in less quantity.
Tc thanks Regards!

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Some people have gerd without heartburn. Instead, they experience pain in the chest, hoarseness in the morning or trouble swallowing. You may feel like you have food stuck in your throat, or like you are choking or your throat is tight. Gerd can also cause a dry cough and bad breath.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
