You can take 2 tab. Charcol at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal.
avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods,
take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi,
if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine.
Do yoga/go for walk.

Take 1-1 tab arogyavardhini vati twice a day after lunch and dinner. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Take green vegetables. Fruits. -The pain could be due to constipation & improper evacuation of bowel
- have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day for proper hydration and digestion
- have more of fibre rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, wholegrains instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water and have it one hour before bedtime at night for proper motion
- take a pain relief tab...more
