Dear take 1 glass of milk shake before going to gym it is probably due to empty stomach. Follow the tips for few days:
avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Especially stop drinking bed tea. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking.
