Dear take 1 glass of milk shake before going to gym it is probably due to empty stomach. Follow the tips for few days: avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Especially stop drinking bed tea. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Curd should be strictly avoided at night. Practice yoga and pranayama such as vajrasana, bhujangasana, salabhasana, bhastrika pranayama, shitali pranayama and shitkari pranayama. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Avoid constipation.
