Yoga may not interfere with the normal menstrual cycle, but it advised not to do some Yoga exercises during periods. So check with the yoga teacher and do the right things. At the same time it is important to check with your doctor/ gynecologist at least once a year (routine medical check up with some basic tests ). - Other than lentils, also avoid citrus fruits, vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, radish, tomato, raw onion & garlic, restrict dairy products, also avoid more than 1-2'cups of tea, coffee per day, have plenty of oral fluids, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion
- yes, yoga will be beneficial for digestion
- reduce weight by diet & exercise to help relieve from your problem.
